These terms are between you and MKL App Design (“we,” “us”) for the Studybara mobile app. By using the app you agree to them.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. Accounts are optional; you can use the timer and personal features without signing in.
Acceptable use
Study groups may include names and to-do titles other members can see. You must not post or share content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, spam, or otherwise objectionable. We do not tolerate abusive users or objectionable content.
Tools in the app
- Server-side word filter on group names and to-do titles
- Block — hide another member from your view
- Report / Block and report — email us with group and member ids
- Leave a group; owners may Remove members
What we may do
We may remove content, remove you from groups, suspend or delete accounts, or ban repeat offenders. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours when possible.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you write. You grant us a limited licence to store and show group names and to-dos to members of that group so the feature works.
Coins and items
In-app coins and items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the app (typically zero).
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update.
